Terms of Service
Last updated: May 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using InvoxLab (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
InvoxLab is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service platform that provides eCommerce merchants with a unified inbox for messaging channels including WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram Direct, and TikTok Business Messaging, plus optional integrations with eCommerce systems like WooCommerce.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the actions of all team members you grant access to your workspace.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the policies of all underlying platforms (Meta, TikTok, WooCommerce, etc.). You will not:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates the policies of the underlying messaging platforms.
- Send promotional outbound messages outside permitted windows (for example, the 24-hour customer-initiated window on TikTok Business Messaging or the equivalent rules on WhatsApp and Instagram).
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm any person.
- Attempt to break the Service's security or to access data of other tenants.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
- Share your credentials with third parties.
5. Platform compliance
When you connect a WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok business account, you are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of those platforms, including their messaging windows, content policies, and consent requirements. We may suspend integrations that put the Service or other merchants at risk of platform-level violations.
6. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. As a merchant, you act as the controller of your end customers' data and InvoxLab acts as the processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having a legal basis to process that data and for honoring your end customers' rights.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the account. Specific pricing, billing cycles and refund terms are disclosed at the point of purchase.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that put the Service at risk, or that have unpaid balances. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period unless retention is required by law.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of InvoxLab. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights other than a limited license to use the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Underlying messaging platforms (Meta, TikTok) may change their APIs or policies at any time, which may affect functionality.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoxLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
